Senza sforzo ricordo ancora che la ammiraglia Lexus di qualche tempo fa (!), la LS Hybrid di oggi, diede non poco filo da torcere a Stoccarda perch\u00e9 superiore alla Classe S di allora per diversi parametri. Uno per tutti: la silenziosit\u00e0 dell\u2019abitacolo durante la marcia. Ho ancora negli occhi l\u2019immagine della pagina di Quattroruote di quel tempo con il suo bel grafico, il distacco di Lexus su Mercedes e gli sguardi, le parole, i commenti all\u2019interno di un ufficio al terzo piano della \u201cPalazzina B\u201d com\u2019era allora definita quell\u2019ala del quartier generale italiano.<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Lexus CT 200 Hybrid non raggiunge certo quelle vette ma \u00e8 senz\u2019altro un\u2019automobile che si distacca dalle concorrenti di pari livello ora sul mercato. L\u2019edizione celebrativa dei 25 anni, quella nelle foto del mio servizio, \u00e8 probabilmente l\u2019ultima versione del modello. Non \u00e8 difficile pensare ad un nuovo modello. Anche solo guardando lo stile di questa e comparandolo agli altri modelli della casa giapponese. L\u2019aggiornamento \u00e8 senz\u2019altro dietro l\u2019angolo, anche se le voci ufficiali, la vita del modello a met\u00e0 carriera ed il restyling 2014, confermano che se ne inizia a parlare dal prossimo anno\u2026 cos\u00ec, tanto per creare \u201cl\u2019attesa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>E\u2019 una automobile \u201cfotogenica\u201d, l\u2019ho gi\u00e0 affermato in altre pagine, per lo stile e per il colore della carrozzeria. Sul piano della dinamica di marcia \u00e8 facile esaltarsi quando la combinazione del termico e dell\u2019elettrico si esprime nel traffico di citt\u00e0. Meno brillante l\u2019assetto che risente, inevitabile, del peso sull\u2019asse posteriore che grava per l\u2019alloggiamento del \u201cpacco batterie\u201d. La vettura \u00e8 morbida ma al tempo stesso assorbe in modo secco molte asperit\u00e0 dello sconnesso. E\u2019 pur vero che Roma ha una rete stradale assimilabile ad un formaggio svizzero, certo non alle levigate strade di Tokio o della vicina (ma lontanissima) Europa.<br \/>\nDiscorso a parte il cambio. Non mi \u00e8 piaciuto. Un cambio continuo che manifesta l\u2019anzianit\u00e0 del progetto. E, per generosit\u00e0 d\u2019animo, non voglio affrontare ingenerosi paragoni con un altra vettura da poco avuta in prova che, appunto, adotta un cambio continuo.
